Please bring enough food and treats for the number of days boarding plus a little extra, in case of travel delays. We do have dry food available if needed. Holly’s Pride will provide daily washed bedding and bowls for your pets. Cats will be provided with bedding and blankets, dishes, a litter pan and litter changed daily.

Please bring your pets vaccination papers to be put on their file.

You can bring one or two toys for your pet. Which will provide the smell and comfort of home. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing beds and blankets from home. Our team ensures that bedding is provided for your pet, and it is thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• A signed veterinarian certificate or a receipt with proof of vaccination expiry dates.
• For your dog DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella is required.
• For your cat FVRCP and Rabies is required.
• In order to protect all pets boarding, we will not accept pets without the required vaccinations. It is strongly recommended that your pet also be on tick and flea medication.

We will administer medications taken by mouth (ie pill form or liquid) however we do not administer injections.

Yes, tours are welcomed between 11am to 1pm on Saturday, 11am to 1pm & 3pm to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday.

Sorry no tours on Wednesdays due to short office hours.

The times that you can check your pet in are as follows:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-6pm
• Wednesday 9am-11am
• Saturday 8am-2pm
• Sunday & Holidays 9am-6pm

Check out time is 10:30 AM, any pets picked up after 10:30 AM will be charged for another day of boarding/package. Checkout times are firm, thank you for your cooperation. Your bill must be paid in full when your pet leaves. Holly’s Pride accepts cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard. Sorry we do not accept cheques.

At least 4 months old with three sets of vaccinations done and Bordetella.

Your dog has a dog door to their own run but doesn’t have free access. Dogs are let out to their run on a schedule. This is done four times per day for 20 minutes to enjoy fresh air, bathroom breaks and their neighbours. While keeping the inside comfortable with temperature control and air filtration systems. The runs are cleaned in between outings. When you sign your dog up for one of our entertainment packages they enjoy additional outside time with one of our staff.

That is fine, at Holly’s Pride all the dogs enjoy their own safe indoor & outdoor accommodations. All our activities are one on one with staff unless you own multiple pets.

Yes, your dogs can comfortably stay together in a standard suite if they are 60 pounds and under, for larger dogs together the Villa suite is a perfect fit.

Our Purresidential suites are large enough for two or more cats. They have multiple levels and blankets for everyone.
